Mark Zale, President and Owner
Mark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. After graduation, Mark went to work with his father, Gene, in the multifamily development business. Currently, he is President of Zale Properties. Throughout his career, Mark has built over 22 apartment projects including nearly 5,000 units. In 2000, Mark started a home-building business, Newcastle Homes, and has built and sold over 800 homes to date.
Blake Zale, New Development
Blake joined Zale Properties in 2014 after starting his professional career at The Retail Connection. At Zale Properties, Blake specializes in identifying potential new projects, underwriting, and ensuring all apartments are designed with the latest trends. Blake graduated from the University of Arizona. In Blake’s spare time he enjoys golf, road biking and working out.
Robert Zale, Construction
After starting the first five years of his career at CBRE, Robert joined the family business in 2016. Robert handles the general contracting arm of the company. Robert graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Robert’s hobbies include working out, traveling and Texas football.
